Carelmapu is located in Península de San Pedro. It is a place with a unique microclimate, full of vegetation and surrounded by Lake Nahuel Huapi. It has a large green area with native trees, fruit trees and a small pine forest. The view to the south allows us to see a large part of Cerro Catedral and Cerro López.
There are public accesses to the lake nearby and the bus stop to the city center is only 200 meters away, to reach downtown in 40 minutes. Nearby there is also a small shopping place.
Two 2-floor houses, with a connecting door for families of many members or groups that may stay in both houses at the same time.
Each house has 2 bedrooms for up to 5 people, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Also, they have a semi-covered balcony which is ideal to look at the mountains and the forest. Parking is inside the property, in front of each house, and there is a grill available.
They are a 10-year-old house, very well maintained and equipped. For this reason, parties and smoking inside are not allowed. Pet admission is restricted to the review and approval of each case.
